upscrunch.com accepts all major credit cards as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Shipping Policy

• Our standard shipping policy to ship USPS First Class, unless the package is over 16 ounces, then we will ship using USPS Priority. Tracking information will be provided upon creation of shipping labels. All orders will be processed within two business days. 
• Need it in a rush? Feel free to upgrade to express shipping. Express shipping orders will process within 24 hours of order being received. 
• We do not currently ship internationally. 

Return Policy

• 30 day return or exchange policy, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to start a return
• Up Scrunch must be in original condition, it must have the original tag attached
• Refunds will be issued upon inspection
• Customer will pay for return shipping

Custom Orders

At this time Up Scrunch is not taking custom orders. 

Human Error

Every Up Scrunch is made by me, leaving lots of room for human error. If anything goes wrong with your Up Scrunch within the first 90 days, please contact me and I will do my best to make it right.
